Xhavit Gashi, a retired Brigadier General and former Defense Attaché to the USA, the company leverages a unique blend of expertise in national security policy development, military and defense operations, cybersecurity, logistics, procurement, and international collaboration. With over 20 years of public service, General Gashi played a pivotal role in Kosovo’s post-war institution building, security sector reform, and strategic partnerships with NATO and Euro-Atlantic allies.

His leadership extended to critical initiatives like the establishment of the Kosovo Security Force, managing security cooperation programs, and serving as Kosovo’s first Consul General in Iowa, where he fostered numerous bilateral partnerships. In addition to his distinguished military career, General Gashi brings extensive private-sector expertise, including his role as Vice President of a global government solutions firm and as Head of Cyber Defense and Security at a leading IT company.

He has completed advanced training in defense management, strategic studies, and security cooperation from prestigious institutions such as the U.S. Army War College. Backed by certifications in network and cloud security, along with experience in emergency management and procurement, Gashi Strategies bridges the precision of military operations with private-sector innovation.
